CIO Expert Witness

CIO Expert Witness makes available the services of a Chief Information Officer to assist in dispute review and as an Expert Witnesses during litigation if required. A CIO's daily business is in making technology available and understandable to the lay people within their companies.

A CIO will assist the litigator in developing an understanding of both complex technical issues, and the context of the business environment in which they are used. The experience of a CIO will permit a pragmatic perspective on the challenge of presenting these issues to the triers of fact.
